McGrath North is excited to add to its growing business corporate practice group in Omaha, Nebraska. The ideal candidate has four or more years of transactional business corporate experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel. Broad experience in a variety of corporate transactional matters preferred, including negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, performing due diligence on M&A transactions, drafting M&A transaction documents and drafting governance documents for various entity structures. Candidates would have the opportunity to work in a variety of practice areas within the firm’s business corporate practice, including M&A, technology and privacy. Candidates must have excellent writing and analytical skills, a record of academic achievement, and be self-starters who are able to work within a team environment and on their own. Candidates should expect and be comfortable with direct client interaction and advice.
