Using Immigration Tracker case management software:
Communicate clearly and promptly with petitioners and beneficiaries to gather information and documents needed for efficient and accurate case preparation.
Conduct online research to determine current government processing procedures and timelines as well as to ensure statutes, regulations, policies, and precedent cases are followed.
Draft and assemble nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications, with the goal of providing understandable and persuasive content for government adjudications. ·
Write skillfully and proofread your work.
Collaborate with attorneys to understand case strategy.
Create and monitor tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
Ensure that communications and work product are properly saved and accessible to stakeholders.
Track case progress and contact government agencies and/or Congressional liaison for time sensitive matters and cases outside government processing times.
Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
2+ years of paralegal experience in a business immigration practice.
Excellent critical thinking and time management skills.
Excellent research and writing skills.
Excellent proofreading, editing, and reading comprehension skills.
Ability to understand and learn immigration law and the firm’s network of clients, cases, and legal teams.
Work independently managing multiple cases simultaneously.
