What You’ll Do: You’ll manage the litigation process for The Standard’s employee benefits claims organization (this includes group and individual long-term disability insurance, group Life, AD&D and other related product lines) by overseeing the work of outside counsel.   You may also have the opportunity to make a wider impact on our business by providing your partnership and guidance to our retirement plans and individual annuities lines for litigated matters.   Additionally, you’ll have the chance to make an impact on initiatives that aim to deliver legal services more efficiently and reduce unwanted legal exposure for the company.
