The Nebraska Commission on Public Advocacy has an opening for a staff attorney beginning on or around July 15, 2023, and is expected to have one or more additional openings in the coming months. These positions involve trying murder and other serious violent felony offenses throughout the state and handling such cases on direct appeal and in post-conviction proceedings.
