Summary of Responsibilities: The HR Manager (“HRM”) works closely with the Chief Administrative Officer (“CAO”), the Administrative & Business Services Director (“ABSD”) and the Regional Office Administration Director (“ROAD”), collectively, the “Administrative Leadership Team”.  The HRM is responsible for:  ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state and local employment laws and regulations; managing all aspects of professional staff recruiting including scheduling interviews, developing offer terms, checking references and preparing the onboarding schedule;  overseeing and supervising the Benefits Coordinator and ensuring the proper administration of the firm’s benefits and wellness programs; providing counseling to staff with regard to performance issu
