Basic Function:    Supports the implementation and delivery of the association’s legal programming and publications, with a focus on furthering the association’s strategic objectives. Assists with ensuring that NACUA members receive high-quality information on higher education legal developments, particularly those resulting from legal, regulatory, and sub-regulatory transitions.       Reports To:        Senior Legal Resources Attorney – Publications; Director of Legal Resources    Term:    This is a term position with a duration of 18 months from hire through approximately the end of 2026. Possibility of consideration for a permanent position at end of the term, depending on the needs of the association.    Salary Range:    $110,000 - $120,000
