Basic Function:             Summarizes higher education court cases and legal developments and assists with research and other projects relevant to higher education law  Reports To:                 Senior Managing Legal Resources Attorney for Publications  Position Term:    August 1, 2025 – August 31, 2026 (promotive opportunities available)    Duties and Responsibilities    Reviews developing higher education caselaw, statutes, and regulations (daily); Prepares summaries and materials for email and online distribution to members (weekly)  Monitors regulatory and postsecondary industry websites/publications for current events and trends impacting the practice of higher education law (daily)  Works closely with other Legal Resources
