Position Summary:
As our new Associate Attorney, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission. Your responsibilities will encompass handling critical aspects of immigration law, including VAWA, T, and U visa applications. You will also represent our clients in immigration courts, managing everything from Master hearings to merits hearings. Beyond practicing law, you’ll mentor and guide our talented team of paralegals and legal assistants.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive legal strategies for a diverse range of clients.
Supervise and enhance the legal work produced by paralegals and legal assistants.
Represent the firm and its clients in court and at USCIS interviews, showcasing exceptional advocacy and negotiation skills.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all communications and duties.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills/Abilities:
Bilingual in Spanish preferred to facilitate effective client interactions.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong research and time management skills.
Detail-oriented with good judgment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in MS Office Suite/Google Suite, including Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
Education/Experience:
JD from an accredited university.
Valid license and current membership in the bar of any U.S. state.
Legal experience as a licensed attorney.
Litigation and supervisory experience is a plus.

In house in Atlanta, Georgia.
