Managed Care and Employee Benefit Litigation Associate
Robinson+Cole, a Vault "Top Ranked" Am Law 200 firm, seeks an associate to join the expanding Managed Care and Employee Benefit Litigation Practice Group in its Philadelphia, New York City, Hartford, Stamford, Washington DC, or Miami offices. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of complex litigation experience, strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and large-firm or equivalent experience. The successful candidate will be expected to assume substantial responsibility, including making court appearances, managing discovery, participating in depositions, and drafting briefs on critical motions. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Experience litigating ERISA benefits, medical provider disputes, and/or insurance coverage disput
