Volusia County School District is seeking a Staff Attorney.  The candidate must have a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and with preference given to individuals Board Certified in Education Law.  Minimum 5 years’ experience in the practice of law, with preference for experience in education law at the K-12 or higher education level. This position will provide legal counsel regarding the day-to-day operations of the Volusia County Schools and provide administration of labor relations, contract administration, and policy development services.
