Attorney III - Compliance Team
This Attorney III – Compliance team position will be supporting compliance, privacy, and regulation efforts and serving as the Civil Rights Attorney. This position will draft and review legislative proposals, attend and facilitate senator meetings, and provide legal guidance to agency staff related to regulations and privacy and compliance issues. As the Civil Rights Attorney, this position will conduct civil rights reviews and ensure compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504, American with Disabilities Act Age Discrimination of 1975, and Civil Rights compliance and enforcement for the Department of Health and Human Services providers, vendors, and clients.
