Immigration Attorney / Supervising Attorney
Busy mid-sized immigration firm in Coral Gables seeks an associate immigration attorney available to start immediately. Attorney must be fluent in Spanish and English, have experience working with immigration law, including but not limited to: representing clients at USCIS and Immigration Courts nationwide, preparing waivers, appeals, motions to reopen, detainee representation, and client consults. Must have excellent communication, writing, time management and analytical skills. Some travel may be required (on a case-by-case basis). Paid vacation and competitive salary (based on experience).Florida Bar preferred but not required, federal experience will be a plus.
