Candidates can be remote. The ideal candidate will have experience in H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM Labor Certification, EB-1A, EB-1B, NIW, adjustment of status, and family and naturalization cases. The ideal match for this opportunity should be someone with strong multi-tasking and communication skills, and a self-starter who can manage clients and lead consultations with new clients.
