We handle immigration cases at USCIS, EOIR immigration courts across the country, Board of Immigration Appeals, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. Consular posts worldwide. Work includes managing all aspects of litigation and case management while assisting a robust legal support staff maintain completion goals. Arizona license preferred to handle Special Immigrant Juvenile matters. Applicant must be a passionate, creative thinker possessing outstanding writing, research and analytical skills.
