Are you ready to jump in? No two days will be the same as you join our experienced and supportive team serving 25 offices across the country! You’ll assist with the complete life cycle of all end-user hardware (laptops, desktops, and tablets); administer the quarterly ingress and egress of leased assets; administer an accurate inventory database of all end-user hardware; maintain and regularly update spare desktops and presentation laptops for multiple satellite offices; and interface with end users as well as those assisting IT in multiple satellite offices to coordinate both new and departing user hardware management. You’ll also assist with creating and maintaining accurate reports regarding the hardware environment on request; assist with setup, and understand the use, of audio visual equipment including video conferencing; handle escalated issues from Tier 1 support (Help Desk) using ticketing system; troubleshoot and provision end-user dictation systems; coordinate with and support remote end users; work in conjunction with applications, security, and infrastructure engineering divisions; provide mobile device (iOS, Android) provisioning and support; and coordinate, prepare, and break down end-user computing systems for various functions both onsite and remote.
Please note, this role will require travel as needed to remote offices for support functions along with troubleshooting and provisions printing/multi-function devices and participating in 24x7 on-call support rotation.
