Immediate opening for an Associate position – Full service boutique Immigration law firm in Atlanta seeks dedicated experienced Immigration Attorney. Prior experience in immigration is required. We are pursuing a “hands-on” candidate with a proficient knowledge in all aspects pertaining to litigation regarding general immigration and employment matters. This individual must have an aggressive business approach toward ensuring that tasks are completed in both efficient and effectively manner. Spanish language skills are a plus but not a must. We are currently seeking an Associate Attorney to work on a variety of primarily immigration matters and all types of family immigration matters including representation in interviews and immigration court, so litigation experience is a plus for this opening.
Our employees work in a team environment, but autonomously. This position has excellent growth potential. As the firm is expanding, the Associate Attorney will mentor, train, and supervise other immigration staff. Our work environment is collegial, supportive, and fun.

We are looking for a team member who exhibits these required qualifications and characteristics:
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school, admitted to practice law in the United States, Georgia Bar preferred • Minimum of 2-years immigration law experience • Must enjoy face-to-face contact with clients and/or client family members • No bar complaints
• Display enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn new things • Has a respectful, courteous attitude and attention to customer service • Has interpersonal and organizational skills of the highest caliber; as well as excellent writing, research and analytical skills • Absolutely MUST have a "can-do" positive attitude, strong work ethic, sense of humor, and patience with bureaucracy • Ability to travel in the U.S.
