Professional Development Manager - Attorney

The Professional Development Manager - Attorney (PD Manager) will be involved in all facets of attorney professional development, including career development, mentoring, and other skill development programs that support the professional development and career success of Jackson Lewis attorneys at all levels, in collaboration with the Senior Director of Professional Development and other members of the Professional Development Team. The PD Manager will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of training content, materials, and management of attorney talent development initiatives that go beyond legal education and develop the whole lawyer to be the best in class.

Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively and collaboratively on a team and a growth mindset. Ability to teach and support other faculty in delivering effective training programs. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills. Ability to build trust and gain buy-in from firm leaders and other key stakeholders. Ability to take ownership on multiple projects and see them through to completion. Thinks creatively about new ideas/concepts and solutions to existing challenges; expresses opinions about creative choices and strategic decisions.
